5. Medical Clearance and Personal Responsibility
Participants affirm that they are physically fit and capable of engaging in martial arts training. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
You agree to disclose any such conditions to your instructor before training.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Karajitsu, its instructors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your participation in training, breach of these Terms, or violation of any laws.
7. Code of Conduct
Participants must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from classes without refund.
